My Big TWO Year Old!
I also wanted to post a couple more pictures of Jillian in her new Nemo slippers. Jilly has loved lots of characters: The Wiggles, Barney, Pooh...but Nemo takes the cake in her world! He is the first character where she has actually wanted "stuff" to go with it! Our first purchase was a Nemo boogie board...which she sleeps with every night. Then, we found these Nemo slippers in the $1 bin at Target...they were the very last pair and are even missing an eye on one of them...but we had to have them! Jillian has been wearing them around the house and also sleeping with them EVERY NIGHT! I think her new obsession is cute!
This is one little spunky girl! BTW, we do not make a habit of wearing airbrushed t-shirts!!! Jillian got this one at the beach last year and it is her favorite sleep shirt!
Poor Nemo
Jillian is throwing a big Ladybug birthday party on Saturday...so lots and lots of pictures will be up soon!

What a great post! I really think Jilly looks like Aunt Lori in her two year picture. Can you see it? She looks really pretty!
The Nemo obsessions is great. However, I think her sleeping with a boogie board is a bigger concern than wearing airbrushed t-shirts. But what can we expect with the air-brushed t-shirts? Her father is from Arkansas!
Be careful on the Arkansas jabs =)!! We love Nemo too! She is getting so big, not a baby anymore! We so need to get her and Owen together, they would make a perfect match...if she likes younger boys =)!!
Time flys! Even though we see pictures in the post all the time, you don't realize how fast they grow until you post the monthly pics like that. She is precious!
we will be sure to see you sometime when we are in dallas! and if you are in austin over the next couple of months or houston after that you are always welcome.
i love that jillian has an airbrushed tshirt and i love that you felt the need to explain it. i would have done the same thing haha.

Both of your girls are just adorable. Time flies! Mine turned 19 months this week and it doesn't seem possible. Those Nemo slippers are precious, and I bet you could super glue on an eye:) The air brushed T shirt is hilarious, but cute!
The airbrushed t-shirt comment was the best, i love it!!! I cannot believe my best friend in the world has a 2 year old!!! We say it all the time, but it really is hard to believe B! You're a great mommy, cannot wait for the party tomorrow!!!

HI Brittney! I got Mimi to send me your blog bc I had to see the pics of Jules ADORABLE nursey. I had high expectations after I got to visit Jillian's. You are so gifted at decorating.
LOVE the chronology of Jillian's first two years w/ the teddy as the measuring guide. You are doing such a great job raising her to be a Southern girl as evidence by the awesome size-of-Texas bows she wears. LOVE IT! :) Love, Cathy Graham

I can't decide which of Jillian's qualities is my favorite. Her sweet smile, her love for life, her easy going, happy spirit, her unconditional love, her incredible manners. I think she is the total package.
