Big Girl Haircut

Jules' hair has really filled in and thickened up lately. With that came a lot of unruly hair with no shape or style. I take that back...I think the name for her style was mullet. Well, no precious girl of mine is going to sport a mullet! So, I took her to get her hair cut yesterday for the first time. She didn't like the process at first, but quickly cheered up when suckers were given to her. The lady did a fine job, but was really conservative so as to not freak me out I'm sure. So, when I got home I ended up cutting a little more in the back just to even it out more. In all, we cut about an inch off the back and now my little girl has a style!!! She looks so cute and old now...boo hoo. I actually want her to wear it a tad bit longer than this, but it had to go this short to even it up. Here are the pictures...

The mullet before the cut

after taking out the bow...always an interesting hairdo here

HATING her haircut at first

This pic is random, but I just thought she looked really old here

"seriously, mom?"

The finished product...sort of. This is when we left the shop.

They put that cheesy bow in her hair. Don't they know us Patterson girls only wear bows that are as big as our heads?????

This is the back now after I cut off a little bit more. It is so cute!!!!
